To begin the DIY process, follow these steps:

1. Turn on the lights and press one of the RGB buttons, such as the red button, to select the color you want to customize.
2. Press the DIY1 button, and the lights will change to white.
3. Press and hold the green and blue down arrow buttons for at least 5 seconds, and the lights will start changing. If you want a lighter red color, press and hold the red up button; the longer you hold it, the lighter the red color will become. You can also press the green and blue down buttons to make the changes more pronounced.
4. Once you're satisfied with the color, press the DIY1 button again to save the setting.
5. Repeat the above steps to set the remaining five DIY options.
