Troubleshooting: 1. Ensure your home circuit has a neutral wire, as the switch requires it for compatibility. Circuits without a neutral wire are not suitable. 2. Use one of the three compatibility modes available on the app to address flashing light issues. Note that the product is not compatible with lights that come with a remote control. 3. Tighten the wire cap securely during installation, as failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power, leading to malfunctions. 4. Ensure pairing occurs in the 2.4 GHz network frequency band, as the switch doesn't support pairing in the 5 GHz frequency band. Follow the pairing steps outlined in the user manual for successful integration.
